You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery. Return to: Rue de Bruxelles 78, 1480 Tubize, Belgium. Be sure to send an e-mail to to inform us! The bottle seal must be intact upon return. Return costs are always at the consumer’s expense. Download the withdrawal form here.

Is your order damaged in any way?

Send an e-mail to hello@gimber.com and we’ll make sure you get your hands on a new bottle! Add a picture of the damage and, if possible, mention the batch code and the ‘Best before’ date (those are the numbers printed in black on the bottle itself).
